Can’t Add Apple TV using my existing account

I attempted to sign in to your app on Apple TV using my existing account, but was instructed to complete the sign-in through your website or iPhone app. Unfortunately, neither option works.

The iPhone app does not provide any option to sign in or link another device, and your website also lacks a way to complete this process. As a result, I was unable to access the app on Apple TV at all.
