Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: YOW.tv at none against Screamify's shown. YOW.tv also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.5). Screamify's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
