Horrible and Inaccurate
No matter what I do, it’s impossible to get a good smooth driving score. The app gives me a 1 even if I only have one “medium braking” event. It doesn’t seem to account for defensive driving, and it takes points off for the time of day you drive — which is frustrating because I have to drive to work during those hours.
When I called customer service, they insisted nothing was wrong with the app, even though the scoring clearly doesn’t reflect my actual driving. Overall this has been a very frustrating experience and hasn’t felt fair or useful for evaluating safe driving. Doesn’t seem worth it. AND THEY CHANGE THEIR REVIEW RATINGS!!!! SHOULD BE AT A 1 BUT SAYS 4.

Terrible!
The biggest issue is when it’s Paused it STILL records rides. Got 4 bad scores when it wasn’t supposed to be recording rides on Pause! Just went in again now to check and sure enough last 3 rides recorded even though I paused it.
