Cancelled years ago, still charged every year!
Cancelled this service many years ago, and yet they still continue to charge me every year! The service is not reliable, and there were no safety precautions such as blocking unwanted people. This led to a safety issue for myself and my daughters. The original developers kept promising to fix it, "it's coming, it's coming" but it didn't work.

Canceled subscription in 2022 and they keep charging me
I canceled my subscription in 2022. They have charged my credit card every month since, they don’t respond to communication. It was a good app until they turned into criminals.
No longer legit!
I canceled my subscription back in July of 2023; however, they have continued to charge my card for a monthly subscription. I attempted to contact Brian Senn, the platform owner, via YUDU message as well as email. Email is defunct and no reply via message. This social media platform has failed, but they continue to take $$ and offer nothing. Recommend you all steer clear of this going forward.

Can’t login
App used to work great now it does nothing. I cant login in anymore. Try to do password reset and nope don’t work either. So is this platform no longer working? If so i would like a refund on my subscription!

Social media that will steal your money even if can’t get on the site and don’t want to use it. And best thing, you have no way to get in touch with them to get them to stop!!!!!!

This app is a great social media platform. No ads every other post. App works great on my IPhone. Had a minute of trouble signing up but figured out the password doesn’t take special characters. Works great though.

Love the app when it was free but I don’t think it’s right have to pay for it now to be on it will be deleted it not paying to be an social media platform

So sorry to see you go. We wish we could provide a free app forever, but the only way to do that is to have Advertisers. Having advertisers leads to feed manipulation and user data being sold and those are the tings we are trying to stay away from. We want you to be the customer, not the advertisers. Requiring a very small fee is the only way to achieve this.

This is the best alternative to the popular social media platforms I have found. Worth every penny! Very family oriented. I have been on this platform for years and have never had any negative criticism from anyone. Yudu is like nothing else out there. Love it!

Won’t let me create account
I tried creating an account yesterday. It said, “Oops! Something went wrong.” I tried changing the username I picked, then it said that email was taken already. So did it work the first time? I tried logging in, it said to verify my email. I haven’t received any emails. I tried using the contact form on the website to explain the situation. After filling that out and trying to submit it, it says authentication failed or something like that. Hilarious, the contact form on their website won’t even submit. Seems awfully sketchy to me. I guess I’ll uninstall this useless app since I can’t even create an account, nor can I contact the company.
