App is Completely Dysfunctional
Auto captioning rarely works, videos take excessively long to upload, and the app is terrible at doing its basic functions
Not even the bare minimum…
It’s 2026! Could y’all at least add landscape mode! A screen selection option like the primary web app has (not mobile… which is complete trash) so I don’t have to watch my professor’s web cams and only focus on their screen share would be nice. Maybe even something to mark off a video we’ve already watched. Not sure how much y’all charge schools for this service but I’m pretty sure they’re getting ripped off!

Can’t watch video in landscape mode
Can’t watch a video in lecture mode or even zoom in on portrait mode. I wish my school just used YouTube so I could use the YouTube app

Schools please stop using
Most overly complicated, slow, unreliable, extra step app I have ever used in a college setting. School please use a different approach app, the worst part is how slow the uploading is. 4 minute or longer videos have taken days to upload. On multiple occasions it took days to tell me the upload failed or cancelled.
