Qualms: there are restaurants on the list that they don’t deliver from even after you place an order from them on the app. With these ‘secondary’ restaurants we had to pay more for less. We never received the chips ordered, as well we only received 16 instead of the 24 nuggets we ordered (that’s only 2/3rds for more money) AND had to pay for sauces. Ordered two meals and they expected us to pay for sauces. Ludicrous.
This app needs A LOT of improvement! We encourage the use of Jumia food delivery app over this dysfunctional one.

Card payments do not work
Twice I’ve tried to use the app and twice it’s failed. I’ve had to phone the call centre each time. Advice - just use the web browser website to order.
How do you have my information?
I’ve never used this service or downloaded this app before today and yet your app claims I have an account and Lo and behold after a password reset to my phone number there it is... my information from Jumia food. I don’t know What are you up to but I suspect it’s illegal and at very least violates apple’s terms of service for both apps.

Yum - Or Could Have Been If They’d Ever Delivered
I rarely write bad reviews. I get angry, but then have usually forgotten about my experience by the time it gets to writing anything. With Yum however, the experience was so bad that I’m willing to make an exception!
Two hours after having ordered our food, and having called twice with assurances they’d get back to us but never doing so, we finally demanded to speak with a manager on our third try. He for some reason chose to insinuate that it was somehow our fault for ordering on a day that was particularly busy and then refused to give us our money back on the grounds that only “management” could do that! We finally cancelled our order, but have yet to get any money back.
