Overall, I really appreciate the app’s design, smooth interface, and how quickly you’ve integrated new features to make it easier to use. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into improving user experience great work!
However, I’d like to kindly suggest one key improvement:
Since the Vuba Vuba rider already has the customer’s contact information and address, it would be very helpful if customers could also access the rider’s contact details. This would make it easier for customers to track and communicate with the rider directly, especially in cases where:
• Google Maps coverage is limited,
• Weather conditions affect delivery, or
• Network issues make calls difficult.
Providing this feature would improve transparency and coordination between riders and customers benefiting both sides.
Aside from that, everything else works great. Keep up the amazing work 👌🏽

You can’t get any service - it is a terrible app
Don’t use
You don’t have another option. Terrible service and you can’t rate restaurants after they do - or don’t - deliver. They will follow up with you and do nothing to correct the issues they have with their partners.
