I have setup a call 4 times in the last couple weeks. No one called me. Only response I get is through email reminding me for a call that never happens. Thanks for no help. Phone lines don’t work either, call drops.

Cant even get past creating an account because I get a warning for not creating an avatar image, when the app provides me no option to.

I constantly receive this code. The app doesn’t work. I try to schedule appointments for calls, they never call after 3 attempts for an appointment.

Scam Yume pay for nothing
Tried out the free trial and the company doesn’t do anything besides tell you to quit gambling. Have to pay hundreds per month just to talk to someone when you could literally do the same with a family, friend, or therapist. It’s just a money grab preying on addicts who want help and they monetize by selling fake products that don’t work. Avoid this and seek real help
