You won’t get help unfortunately
I have setup a call 4 times in the last couple weeks. No one called me. Only response I get is through email reminding me for a call that never happens. Thanks for no help. Phone lines don’t work either, call drops.

Cant even get past creating an account because I get a warning for not creating an avatar image, when the app provides me no option to.

I constantly receive this code. The app doesn’t work. I try to schedule appointments for calls, they never call after 3 attempts for an appointment.

Scam Yume pay for nothing
Tried out the free trial and the company doesn’t do anything besides tell you to quit gambling. Have to pay hundreds per month just to talk to someone when you could literally do the same with a family, friend, or therapist. It’s just a money grab preying on addicts who want help and they monetize by selling fake products that don’t work. Avoid this and seek real help

Do Not Use This App!
I signed up and immediately changed my mind on day one once I seen they charge an additional $249 for a councilor. They give you a free trial. I canceled on the first day and here I am a week later and they still haven’t deleted my account. I think they’re trying to keep my $100 by saying I didn’t delete during the trail time but I’m keeping track of all my calls and I got refunded from my credit card. I call them everyday and everyday they say they’re busy and they’ll call me back and they never do. Do not download this app!

These people are frauds and are just out to get your money like the gambling apps are. Don't sign up with them because you will be paying $200 a month with no way out. They will not respond to your emails, your calls, nothing. I am so upset I ever trusted these people
Can’t get past begging menu
Cannot even get past the beginning menu , says account created. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no fix asked about a refund and their team went radio silent

I find it’s dumb you offer a app to save people money help stop gambling the have the audacity to ask a monthly subscription absolutely ridiculous just and money hungry and low morals as a Sportsbook or casino
