Japanese writing keeps appearing
Every time I try to delete a weight that I don’t want on there yet up? It’s some kind of either Chinese or Japanese writing. Not delete anything very frustrating.
Bad scale

History cannot be deleted
Cannot delete history when I weight 2 or 3 times in a row. Previously this was something it did. I love the app but in the last week I have been unhappy. My Apple iPad brings up the history and shows a trash can to delete a particular record but when you press it another language shows in a black box on the screen. It doesn’t respond in any way till you exit the app. My operating system is up to date, and my iPad is less than a year old. Any ideas out there?

App Stuck in Chinese -Unusable for English speakers
YUNMAI scale worked initially but failed after battery change. App constantly displays Chinese characters and error messages (exclamation mark + Chinese text) with no way to switch to English. Multi-User profile switching is broken.
Tried all resets and reinstalls — still unusable.
Skip this if you need English and reliable family sharing. Look at Withings instead.

Average User Interface
As a long term user of the scale, I find the app user interface especially the graphs average as it limits the ability to see long term trends easily. I think the developers must reconsider their approach to displaying the data.

Очень недоработанное приложение, перед этим были весы PICOOC то приложение там на высоте, но были в них другие нюансы из-за которых я хотела поменять их. Сами весы очень нравятся YUNMAI но приложение прям сырое, не хочется туда заходить

Stop resetting the controls!
Every time the batteries need changed and I swap them out, the scale resets the pounds/KG and then I have to re-download the app, sign back in, and reset all the controls. Please stop doing this!!!
Data export
To developers: please add data export to csv file. It’s not very convenient to track progress in the app, it would be much easier to export data to csv and upload to another app or wherever you need it.
