自分だけなのかもしれませんが、アクションカメラより1つの画像を選択後ダウンロードしたら、iPhoneのカメラロールになんと1000枚強のその画像が保存されておりました。（動画は正常に保存できました）これでは写真を撮っても軽々しく保存なんてできません。
また、他の方の記載にあるように、おびただしい数の空のファイルがカメラロール上に作られてしまったので、どうしようか頭を抱えています。
あとたまにアプリが落ちます。
カメラが良さそうなだけに、非常に悲しく困惑しています。大至急改善をお願いいたします。

写真が取り込めません。
写真が取り込めません。ダウンロードしたら、写真アプリのアルバムに謎のフォルダが大量発生しました。動画は取り込めるのに、写真がざんねんです。謎のフォルダを消していくのも大変です。

I cannot find a way of accessing the hd video files which are described as being downloaded to the app.

most recent update broke the app functionality (v. 7.2)
the most recent app update (as of March 5th,2022) has completely broken functionality between my apeman action camera and the ability to connect/control via the app.I can connect to cameras wifi directly just fine. I open YutuPro and it DOES detect camera but when i tap enter a blank warning dialog pops up and tapping ok makes it disappear but as soon as I tap enter again it just keeps occurring. iPhone 8 Plus on iOS 13.5.1

非常に危険！
要注意！
IPad mini6を使用しWifi接続で動画ファイルを転送しましたが、勝手にaction camと言うアルバムが7,000個以上作られてしまい、写真アプリが毎回フリーズする、と言う状態になりました。アルバムは端末からの操作では1個づつしか削除出来ず、Win盤 iCloudから4時間以上かけて削除しました。ある意味ウィルスよりも厄介です。
Finally works
The app still aren’t user friendly but now, after maybe an year, are back to work. SO DEVELOPERS, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AT THE NEXT UPDATES...thx!!
Deleted my photos and video
I was downloading my photos and videos now all them are removed from my sd card it can be recovered but I have to pay. The cost should be covered

Una volta connesso il telefono all’actioncam non si riesce a scaricare ne video ne foto…se clicchi sul tasto condividi l’app si chiude, se selezioni e clicchi download l’esito è quello corretto, solo non trovi i video e le foto nella galleria del telefono

Kamera und App hängen sich auf
Vor 6, als ich die Kamera neu hatte, konnte ich Videos problemlos auf dem iPhone anzeigen lassen und herunterladen. Seit drei Wochen hängen sich bei dem Versuch, Bilder und Videos anzuzeigen oder diese zu übertragen sowohl App als auch Kamera auf… bitte beheben!

Having trouble downloading photos
How do you download photos/videos from your camera to you iPad/phone/iPod? I can't seem to get it to work, but otherwise, it's really cool and fun. I still have the videos and photos on my camera, but I can't access them from my iPad. Any suggestions?
Doesn’t work. At all.
I’ve tried closing and reopening the app several times, but the main thing it’s supposed to do which is connect to Wi-Fi, the functionality doesn’t even work. You tap the connect button and literally nothing happens... like the button is broken.
