Settings preferences never fixed
Why is it that you can't even get the preferences correct? It's been so many years and you can't fix something so simple? Even as simple as me putting an age limit, it still gives me people below or over what I requested. Along with distance. When I first left the settings at 50 miles, why did the first few show up at 100+ miles???

Distance bug has been on this app for years now and hasn’t been fixed
I paid for the upgraded services hoping to be able to match with people who are more local, but it keeps defaulting to 350-400 miles away. Nothing fixes it and it’s been like that for a while now.

Ridiculous customer service
I made my account and messed up my email in the process, so I got kicked out of the app and when I tried to log in with my phone number that I verified already it says error. I tried contacting customer service multiple times trying to find my account with the different emails it could be under or the phone number and their response is to log into the account and ask for further service there……how can I do that IF I CANT ACCESS THE ACCOUNT?! HOW IS IT THAT I ASK MULTIPLE PEOPLE AND THE RESPONSE IS THE SAME EVERYTIME?! Don’t mess up your info folks or they treat you like a scammer and don’t help you at all!

I truly feel like these developers dont know what they’re doing anymore. Across blk, chispa, and now yuzu everyone is having the same issues. Your location settings are out of control. Yuzu is the worst one yet, i have my radius set for 20 miles and yet right now at this moment im finding nothing but 200, 300, all the way up to 600 miles away. Whats the point of matching with someone if they’re 600 miles away?

Keeps asking for roots
Everytime I get on the app I have to reenter my roots no matter how many times I enter it. Super annoying and buggy.

This company might as well shut down the app. There's barely even any practical functionality. Not everyone is going to be willing to gamble their money so since there's such a disparity between users who have only the free features and those who might actually have Gold/Platinum — there's nothing really going on.
I purchased the Platinum to see how it would work and it promised that Gold features would be included, but I noticed I could not do some of the things I used to be able to do in Gold.
Even trying to just network and meets friends — there's not much going on with this app. Just close up the app or sell it. It's hopeless in your hands. SMH

Ban appeal
I was recently banned from yuzu when I only created an account. I hadn’t even started swiping so I believe I’ve been targeted in error
This app sucks.
The app isn’t hard to navigate and everything is relatively easy. The problem is you have to pay to see who waved at you. How am I meant to meet and get to know others when theres a paywall in the way blocking me from doing anything. Personally I am disappointed and this app is useless.

They disabled my account after 2 days. I submitted a report and they never really got back to me.

Filtering is Terrible
The app treats any filter as if it didn't exist at all and continues to show you to users completely outside of those preferences. "You're 18 and want someone age appropriate? Oops! How about men in their 50s and 60s instead? Oh and also everyone is 400+ miles away despite setting it at <25 miles" I try to block as many of them as possible but it's relentless. Also, I don't see much point in marketing it as an Asian dating app when a significant amount of users are white people with an Asian fetish trying to recruit women into their racist sexual fantasies.

Everyone is too far away
Despite me putting filters for distance of whom I want to date, it keeps showing people 900-1000 miles away. Most useless dating app of all the dating apps I have.
