No camera connection
Camera never connected on the app. Was connected to the WiFi and tried turning it off/on multiples times but never got it to work

Simply a flash light only. I watch many other ear wax camera tools on YouTube similar and I feel I got ripped off and this nothing but a flashlight. This is trash, I’ve done everything I could do.

Ok so my mom brought this tool of if Amazon and we couldn’t figure out how to work it we looked at the instructions like about 100 times nothing was working and then I thought to look at some reviews on the App Store. Come to find out that you guys left out the part when you’re supposed to turn the phone on airplane mode🙄😩😫

Not sure why anyone is having a problem ….as long as you follow the directions it was so easy on my iPhone 13. I just followed the directions and it turned on. This tool is.AMAZING OMG I MIGHT NEVER LEAVE MY BATHROOM AGAIN LOL

I have spent two days trying to get this tool to open and connect to my phone, Bluetooth won’t recognize the device! Terrible experience so far. Won’t recommend this to anyone I know!!

I had the app for a bit then I switched phones and the camera didn’t work. I connected the tool to wifi and then I put on air plane mode like I’ve read other reviews had even though I never needed to before but it’s still didn’t work, so I wouldn’t download or get the tool that uses this app
Something left out of instructions
I sat here for hours trying to figure this out, and then I came to the comments and there it was. They left out of the instructions to turn your phone on airplane mode. Once you turn it on airplane mode along with the Wi-Fi instructions it will work perfectly I should give it a lower star for the frustration that they left a very important part out. But I’m gonna go ahead and give them a five star cause it is a good working app.
