Customer service only gives automated responses and will not help honourable paying customers they do condone cheating and theft. This game is a waste of time and money they fail to follow their own terms of service and will screw u over every chance they get
Too many cheats
This game now has too many cheats and the developers don’t care and will not do anything to stop it, AVOID this game at all cost, fun and any skill has gone from game
Devs nearly abandoned this game
After putting THOUSANDS of dollars into this game I could only hope that the devs fix these bugs & do something - anything new with the game. It’s like they abandoned this game and the player count keeps dying down. This game is overdue for an overhaul over the game mechanics, options, abilities, events, characters just something. The graphics & UI is completely outdated. I can see more pixels than players. This game hasn’t seen any major changes in ages. It’s a shame because I would pay even more thousands into reviving this game. The game keeps crashing on latest iPads & latest Androids on the latest OS and app updates especially when doing stuff like the carpet bombing in Hero Expeditions for example. I have to use an auto clicker for days to redeem all my items like steel for example. The millions add up fast when I’m using trillions. Very time consuming. I have many devices and accounts with many real life purchases made in this game. Please do something so I can keep throwing money at you devs. It’s almost pointless to spend now because it seems that soon the servers will be shut down over the rising player loss. Don’t kill the game. Get people hooked on this game again. It is one of our favorites. The last of my Alliance and I play this everyday almost all day long. Listen to the player base and make a change you won’t regret seeing that money flow increasing. Bring back the old events.
