Very poor dont listen
Been contacting support so many times asking to change the game a little. So many players have also. We have excessive amounts of fragments and manu other items in the bag that is useless and cant do anything with it. Been playing for years and any suggestions just gets ignored and recently its constant new items you purchase. All events only provide gear or items that are very old. Events haven’t changed in years and its the same merry go around. after spending thousands i have come ro accept to the fact i need to quit just like many as the regions are almost dead. It doesnt help as they open new regions and expect you to spend thousands more to join a active region which also fails after a few months.

Customer service only gives automated responses and will not help honourable paying customers they do condone cheating and theft. This game is a waste of time and money they fail to follow their own terms of service and will screw u over every chance they get
