Very poor dont listen
Been contacting support so many times asking to change the game a little. So many players have also. We have excessive amounts of fragments and manu other items in the bag that is useless and cant do anything with it. Been playing for years and any suggestions just gets ignored and recently its constant new items you purchase. All events only provide gear or items that are very old. Events haven’t changed in years and its the same merry go around. after spending thousands i have come ro accept to the fact i need to quit just like many as the regions are almost dead. It doesnt help as they open new regions and expect you to spend thousands more to join a active region which also fails after a few months.

Illegal actions
Customer service only gives automated responses and will not help honourable paying customers they do condone cheating and theft. This game is a waste of time and money they fail to follow their own terms of service and will screw u over every chance they get
Too many cheats
This game now has too many cheats and the developers don’t care and will not do anything to stop it, AVOID this game at all cost, fun and any skill has gone from game
Devs nearly abandoned this game
After putting THOUSANDS of dollars into this game I could only hope that the devs fix these bugs & do something - anything new with the game. It’s like they abandoned this game and the player count keeps dying down. This game is overdue for an overhaul over the game mechanics, options, abilities, events, characters just something. The graphics & UI is completely outdated. I can see more pixels than players. This game hasn’t seen any major changes in ages. It’s a shame because I would pay even more thousands into reviving this game. The game keeps crashing on latest iPads & latest Androids on the latest OS and app updates especially when doing stuff like the carpet bombing in Hero Expeditions for example. I have to use an auto clicker for days to redeem all my items like steel for example. The millions add up fast when I’m using trillions. Very time consuming. I have many devices and accounts with many real life purchases made in this game. Please do something so I can keep throwing money at you devs. It’s almost pointless to spend now because it seems that soon the servers will be shut down over the rising player loss. Don’t kill the game. Get people hooked on this game again. It is one of our favorites. The last of my Alliance and I play this everyday almost all day long. Listen to the player base and make a change you won’t regret seeing that money flow increasing. Bring back the old events.

Full of cheaters and hackers
Z Day has allowed players to exploit a flaw in the game that allows the players base to become invisible. The play can attack any other player, but cannot be attacked. They have allowed their MODs to run rampant and break rules, the result is players quitting the game even after spending $$$ to grow in the game. The other result is regions with little or no active bases. I would not recommend this game to anyone with all of the hackers and cheaters.

Avoid this game at all cost they only ever think of filling there pockets with money. They always just bring new gear out BUT never update anything like game play events it’s all still the same garbage and they even still sell 2019 packs even though it’s 2025/2026 and when you do complain they just send the same garbage response back every time. Let you tell you the game has so many bugs it’s unbelievable

The game is broken after the zday intro. The UI screen is stuck. I tried it on another phone and the game worked. The phone that I play on is an IPhone 14 Pro Max. Please fix

It was fun at first but they ruined it with pay to win.
They don’t fix bugs and people are able to make their bases invisible and you cannot attack them.
Constructing/upgrading things takes far too long and it’s designed to milk as much money out of you as Humanly possible.

They will continue to steal from u and refuse to acknowledge ur claims so they can continue stealing ur paid for rewards and will not even try to help even after u ask for arbitration team to investigate their fraudulent activities which is the reason u will lose paid for rewards and no matter how much u ask for management team they will never give you a chance to talk to them even while asking for legal actions to customer support team in game and even customer support team on the company website they r thieves and nothing but fraudulent people worst customer support team ever and there’s no way to get them to stop their pathetic fraudulent behavior im searching for legal possibility to hold them accountable for their own team’s fraudulent activities and the refusal to do anything for honourable people on their game but if ur a cheater they will protect u and punish any other person
