Completely broken. Is this company still operating?
Can’t charge, because can’t register, because the verification code never comes to my email address (tried 2 gmail accounts). Wrote to support middle of work week (the only way to get help) and never got any response.
Painful
They neglect to tell you, pay by plate isn’t available at many outlets even the large ones, ie Porirua. Trying to pay at the pump didn’t work, as the app said the pump I was at, was unavailable. All in all, a complete waste of time.

Notifications will not clear
As the title states after ordering a coffee on line via the app they guide you to rate your experience with an annoying red dot that won’t clear ….fix it

I love how easy this is at Z. My phone knows it’s at z. I click yes. Pump and it’s paid and done

Works well. Easy to charge my car with this app.
One minor little bug:
Even after viewing all the notifications, when going back to the phone’s Home Screen on the iPhone, the Z app icon still has a notification showing, so you have to go back into the app to notifications and then when you pop back out of the app, the apps icon is fixed (no more ghost notification).

Be great to choose if you’re the app was for fossil cars, hybrid cars or EV only. That way I could ignore the pumps.

Share tank and rewards are not working
As of today 15th October your app caused me a bit of inconvenience, because the share tank function and the reward option is not working. When I tried to use “contact us” option, it lead me to “not found” website.
Can’t create
Can’t get passed the first step of creating. Asks for phone number to send code for setup but nothing happens. Customer support suggest contacting mobile provider to check code being delivered. No code received via mobile provider. Z won’t allow creation via email as must be mobile phone so am completely stuck.

Couldn’t get started
First prompt it asks for my phone number but doesn’t allow it to be typed in. Couldn’t get past the first page. Will shop elsewhere
