Worst app and dead persons are riders
Very very complicated app to order, not at all user friendly. 10 mins to accept the order, preparation 30 mins, rider assigning 10 min, rider reaching to pickup 15 min, delivery 15 mins. Total - 1hr 20min. By this time we can cook by self in home. Uninstalling the app. Worst experience. U think some freshers have developed this and freshers are the owners of this app. Very poor knowledge in handling.

Delivery charge very expensive
Though the food is charged at normal restaurant rates, the delivery charges are extremely high. If we place a large order it feels okay, but for small or simple orders, the delivery charge is unreasonably expensive. For people who rely on the app frequently, this makes it very inconvenient and disappointing.

Worst app
Ordered breakfast. After confirming, no one picked it up. When contacted the delivery person, he said he’ll deliver in 15 mins and switched off his phone. Tried to call customer care, it says every one is busy and asks to leave a message. Worst experience ever.
