Worst App though price is lesser than competitors. Makes ordering hell
Doesn’t load available menu for the restaurants. Also when we try to order ig says sorry restaurants not delivering for your zone and when we come out it will give a notification saying my zone is now available to order. But when we try again same error. Its kind off a loop.
Buggy App and not giving proper right to customers
There should be an option to cancel a food order or contact customer support directly. Currently, the platform only provides an automated chatbot with no option to type a message or speak to a customer service representative. The bot automatically asks and answers predefined questions, which makes it difficult to resolve customer issues.
This approach limits customers’ rights and choices. In cases where there are significant delivery delays, customers should have a clear option to cancel their orders and receive proper assistance from customer support.

Food delivery timing
I placed an order and it took nearly 1 hour to reach me. On top of that, the delivery person was not responding properly to calls. This is really disappointing. Expect better service and timely delivery from your side.
Worst app and dead persons are riders
Very very complicated app to order, not at all user friendly. 10 mins to accept the order, preparation 30 mins, rider assigning 10 min, rider reaching to pickup 15 min, delivery 15 mins. Total - 1hr 20min. By this time we can cook by self in home. Uninstalling the app. Worst experience. U think some freshers have developed this and freshers are the owners of this app. Very poor knowledge in handling.

Very poor experience with Zaaroz delivery app.
The UI is outdated and confusing. The app crashes frequently, which makes ordering frustrating. On top of that, delivery charges are much higher compared to apps like Swiggy and Zomato.
Overall, not reliable and not worth using. Needs major improvements in performance, pricing, and user experience.
Would not recommend.
