Worst App though price is lesser than competitors. Makes ordering hell
Doesn’t load available menu for the restaurants. Also when we try to order ig says sorry restaurants not delivering for your zone and when we come out it will give a notification saying my zone is now available to order. But when we try again same error. Its kind off a loop.
Buggy App and not giving proper right to customers
There should be an option to cancel a food order or contact customer support directly. Currently, the platform only provides an automated chatbot with no option to type a message or speak to a customer service representative. The bot automatically asks and answers predefined questions, which makes it difficult to resolve customer issues.
This approach limits customers’ rights and choices. In cases where there are significant delivery delays, customers should have a clear option to cancel their orders and receive proper assistance from customer support.

Food delivery timing
I placed an order and it took nearly 1 hour to reach me. On top of that, the delivery person was not responding properly to calls. This is really disappointing. Expect better service and timely delivery from your side.
Worst app and dead persons are riders
Very very complicated app to order, not at all user friendly. 10 mins to accept the order, preparation 30 mins, rider assigning 10 min, rider reaching to pickup 15 min, delivery 15 mins. Total - 1hr 20min. By this time we can cook by self in home. Uninstalling the app. Worst experience. U think some freshers have developed this and freshers are the owners of this app. Very poor knowledge in handling.

Very poor experience with Zaaroz delivery app.
The UI is outdated and confusing. The app crashes frequently, which makes ordering frustrating. On top of that, delivery charges are much higher compared to apps like Swiggy and Zomato.
Overall, not reliable and not worth using. Needs major improvements in performance, pricing, and user experience.

Worst delivery service
Worst delivery service and customer service. They are taking 1hr to deliver food within a 2km radius. Also they are lying to come up with some dumb reason for their delay. Dont waste your money in ordering food from this app.
overpriced food items
The food items are 15₹ cost more than actual price from the hotel. 20₹ tax and 25₹ delivery fee. 60₹ we have to pay extra for food.

Delivery charge very expensive
Though the food is charged at normal restaurant rates, the delivery charges are extremely high. If we place a large order it feels okay, but for small or simple orders, the delivery charge is unreasonably expensive. For people who rely on the app frequently, this makes it very inconvenient and disappointing.

Worst app
Ordered breakfast. After confirming, no one picked it up. When contacted the delivery person, he said he’ll deliver in 15 mins and switched off his phone. Tried to call customer care, it says every one is busy and asks to leave a message. Worst experience ever.

You service is good but sometimes its getting very irritated by you guys cancelling our buddy orders as you are running a business please try to maintain consistency
One order will take one hour to deliver
Please don’t order from this app. For a city like thiruvarur where one cross entire city in 10 minutes they will take one hour to deliver the food. For the first I ordered the food service and app interface is pathetic. Un installed the app after the first food order.
