Not fit for use
Can’t set a delivery address because we are ‘out of coverage area’ even though there’s a ZwZ literally across the road. Went ahead and deleted the app.
Lacking a lot of features
The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing — fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and consistent quality every time. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the preparation and presentation, and I’m always impressed with the service in person.
However, the app really needs improvement. I wasn’t able to add my address because not all Lebanese areas are listed, even though there’s a branch nearby. It’s frustrating to be within reach of the restaurant but unable to order due to limited location options. Also, there’s no way to contact support directly through the app or leave feedback about the service, which makes it hard to report issues or share suggestions.
If the app could match the quality of the food, this would easily be a five-star experience.
