A Paid Brokerage That Fails at the Basics.
Locking live after-hours prices behind a paywall is already frustrating, but the bigger issue is that both your Stats and Analysis sections are unreliable and not properly updated. The Stats section displays outdated or inconsistent figures such as P/E ratios, market capitalizations, earnings growth, and other financial metrics. Meanwhile, the Analysis section fails to promptly update price targets and Buy, Sell, or Hold ratings issued by financial institutions and analyst firms.
Your app appears to combine live share prices with stale fundamental statistics and outdated analyst recommendations. This can actively mislead customers who are making real investment decisions with real money.
It is also impossible to fund an account outside your working hours, which defeats the purpose of offering access to international markets that operate on a completely different schedule. If an investment opportunity arises after your working hours and a customer needs to fund their account immediately, they are simply forced to miss it because deposits cannot be processed. A modern brokerage should not restrict customers to office hours when the markets themselves do not operate according to those hours.
If you are going to charge customers for market data, statistics, and analysis while also collecting commissions on every trade, then maintain these services properly and provide a funding system that actually matches the markets you offer. A brokerage handling people’s money should not require customers to use external sources just to verify whether the basic statistics and analyst recommendations displayed in its own app are accurate—or cause them to miss investment opportunities because funding is unavailable outside office hours. This is careless, embarrassing, and far below the standard expected from a paid investment platform.
