Horrible app
I’ve never reviewed an app but this one is so bad I have to. Nothing seems to work. Schedules get ignored (which is pretty much the main reason for having the app), you can’t turn off the led reliably, and a myriad of other little things that just add up to a horrible user experience. The AC would have been better without the app. Buy the AC, but do yourself a favor and skip the app.

Kicked out of the app
I can’t log in or reset my password. It says it sent a code to my email but it doesn’t. Now I have no way to access the app.

The app is not sending me a email verification code
Bad app
When this app send the verification number to register your user on the app. This verification number arrives 10 minutes after the app sent that number to your email. When you try to type that number the time on the app has been expired

Not working
I can’t get the Bluetooth to connect nor the app to send an email with the verification code. These two capabilities were the only reason I bought two fans. Sadly I will be returning if there is no fix.
