Constantly loses WiFi
I have to reconnect the app/device to WiFi every single day. Pairing is hit or miss whether you even have the option. Mostly the loading circle of death is what you’ll see. Unit works fine but app is useless.
Works… like 10% of the time
Absolutely useless most of the time. But when it works you can control your unit from anywhere. But it almost never works.
Horrible app
I’ve never reviewed an app but this one is so bad I have to. Nothing seems to work. Schedules get ignored (which is pretty much the main reason for having the app), you can’t turn off the led reliably, and a myriad of other little things that just add up to a horrible user experience. The AC would have been better without the app. Buy the AC, but do yourself a favor and skip the app.

Kicked out of the app
I can’t log in or reset my password. It says it sent a code to my email but it doesn’t. Now I have no way to access the app.
