Constantly loses WiFi
I have to reconnect the app/device to WiFi every single day. Pairing is hit or miss whether you even have the option. Mostly the loading circle of death is what you’ll see. Unit works fine but app is useless.
Works… like 10% of the time
Absolutely useless most of the time. But when it works you can control your unit from anywhere. But it almost never works.
Horrible app
I’ve never reviewed an app but this one is so bad I have to. Nothing seems to work. Schedules get ignored (which is pretty much the main reason for having the app), you can’t turn off the led reliably, and a myriad of other little things that just add up to a horrible user experience. The AC would have been better without the app. Buy the AC, but do yourself a favor and skip the app.

Kicked out of the app
I can’t log in or reset my password. It says it sent a code to my email but it doesn’t. Now I have no way to access the app.

When this app send the verification number to register your user on the app. This verification number arrives 10 minutes after the app sent that number to your email. When you try to type that number the time on the app has been expired

Not working
I can’t get the Bluetooth to connect nor the app to send an email with the verification code. These two capabilities were the only reason I bought two fans. Sadly I will be returning if there is no fix.

While I appreciate the functionality of the machine, I am experiencing frequent crashes in the application. This issue is both frustrating and disruptive. A software update that addresses this problem would be greatly appreciated.
disconnects/logs Out; No trouble-shooting help at all
The app regularly logged you out, there is absolutely zero help with troubleshooting. And you have to periodically reconnected to your ACs to your Wi-Fi. & app account

Works great. Connected to my wifi and unit with ease. They have a short video to walk ya through setting up everything, but the app itself is self explanatory. Thanks!
No Bluetooth
This app sucks and It doesn’t connect to my phone.
Nice AC, Horrible App
The air conditioning works perfectly, I assume that your appliances in general work well. But, your app is horrible, low quality, you close the session every time I turn off my phone or disconnect from the internet, it doesn’t make sense that I have to put username and password every time I change my wifi network or exchange between cellular data and wifi, additional that always happens, it has NETWORK ERROR, and I spend hours trying to enter my account. Bad experience with the app.

Locked me out
At first the app was great. But then it logged me out and wouldn’t let me back in. I tried doing forgot password and it just gives me an error code. This app function was one of the reasons why I got the fan. Thankfully the fan is really good otherwise I would have returned it.
Network Error
I really enjoyed the app for the first two weeks I got the air conditioner. Now the AC is “offline” despite being connected to my wifi router. When I logged out of the app to see if logging in again helped, all I get is “network error.”
This app is horrid
It takes a lot for me to write a review of an app, but after an experience so horrible I don’t know how I couldn’t. I would have had a better experience with my air conditioner if it wasn’t a smart device just because of how poorly executed this was. The app is so glitchy, the unit frequently disconnects from WiFi for no reason, you will get locked out of your account randomly and be unable to reset anything, and their customer service is non existent. At this point, I’m just hoping they put more effort into engineering the unit than designing this absolute abhorrent application.

Horrible app!
Never stays connected. Goes offline quite a bit. Do yourself a favor and skip the app. Just use the remote that came with it!
