البيانات المكتوبه بالتطبيق غير صحيحه فمثلا التطبيق يكتب لي عندي ثلاثون قيقا وعند الاتصال بخدمات زين يخبروني ان عندي اقل بكثير
Bad Service Plan
I replaced my Batelco service with Zain when I got back to the Island hoping that my mobile service will be better, but two weeks into my year-long plan and I must say this service is worst. I’m currently in UAE and tried to use my international roaming service but to no avail. I ended up turning on my US number back just to have roaming service. I’m definitely switching to either STC or back to Batelco. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Zain’s prepaid plan.

Sim card option
I lost the sim card and code expired and I can’t add it through the app and company want 3.5 bd to add it again
User unfriendly
I can’t find my number, contract number and my due bill
Changing password is too complicated
The title says it all
Can’t make a call.
Even when I have just topped off my account with 7.5 BD I still don’t have sufficient data to make a single call. Garbage service.

تدش التطبيق الرصيد تحصلة ناقص ليش لبكون في ليك!؟ هل أنتم لصوص يا شركة زين ؟، ، السناب من ضمن خدمة السوشل ميديا ليش ما يفتح ستوريات واذا انزل ستوري خمس دقايق عشان ينزل للأسف صايرين مو زين 🤣 بإذن الله بحول بتلكو ولتسقط شركة زين

Prizes cannot be claimed
To whom it may concern . Every time we pay on line we should be able to redeem our prize. The app doesn’t work properly and either it doesn’t give the option to claim or if it does the link u click on says url not available. This is very bad service. Have complained about it before and no one has taken action. This is the third month this is happening.

Fix Apple Pay!
Please fix the app to allow apple pay again.
Not too good , not too bad
Its a good app actually that makes life easier, you can view your bill, pay either with card or which is even better , you can pay with apple pay. And for sure the other services that you can search for a device you’d like to purchase etc ..
it’s just need improvement as the app is slow and give a hard time, i don’t remember it was like this but it may need little few fixes and it will be great.

Why have ads? Trying to pay my bill and ads wasting your time. Dropping this trash network and trash company. Cheap data, but can’t even use it all up since network is ridiculously slow

The app lacks many features and details the a consumer of the company needs to know more about his monthly bill and purchases.

This is Qatar number one berry berry bad. This is not good In Bahrain this is Talto network.
