It takes them weeks to activate the app and keeps asking about the ID several times and keeps having a message account under review for weeks

Cant get the id to register

This app is so annoying and frustrating the camera quality is soo bad cant even see the text on the id put my phone is a 16pro max and the lens is clear and when using the camera app crystal clear 0/10 experiences cant even sign in

0 follow up

The Call Center members are amazing but the team that should be contacting you after your complaints to follow up has Zero follow up, which is very weird and unacceptable for a financial service provider.
Zain telecommunication by itself is a great company but unfortunately, Zain Cash has nothing to do with Zain telecommunication standards.
