I tried to contact the team through the App & to support & guide me as I’m out of country & I can’t make call, I kept sending them but he could barely response! I’ve shared the conversation with the customer service on Instagram

Bad app, extremely buggy , 2 hours trying to buy an eSIM. Before you advertise in the airport , please make sure your devs try the app themselves to feel how painful a process it is to be a customer
