Very disappointed customer service through App
I tried to contact the team through the App & to support & guide me as I’m out of country & I can’t make call, I kept sending them but he could barely response! I’ve shared the conversation with the customer service on Instagram

The employees of the Mecca mall branch are very bad, because of their bad behaviour with customer they make people change from Zain to other companies, and they are dont care of lossing Zain customers.

خدمات سيئه جدا / تأخر في تعبئة الرصيد من الشركة / الاستهلاك للانترنت غير صحيح ابدا يتم انهاء الانترنت قبل موعدو بحجة انتهاء الحزم رغم عدم استخدامها ،،، اجمالا يجب ان يكون هناك نصف نجمه للتقيم وليس نجمه واحده
تطبيق مزعج
المفروض ان هذا تطبيق لإنجاز الخدمات والطلبات. لا مكان لمقاطع فيديو مزعجة وطويلة هنا. الإعلان ممكن يكون أيقونة صغيرة بين فقرات التطبيق لا أن يملأ الصفحة ويجعلك تبحث عن مكان اطفائه. الإصرار على تقييم التطبيق لن يأتي بخمسة نجوم مع كل هذا الإزعاج. قسم الترويج والعلاقات العامة بحاجة لتغيير استرتيجية والتفكير او ربما تغيير الأفراد.

The worst telecommunications company among all companies in the region they scam their customers with a fake internet usage so you need to recharge your bundle again and again,
I still have the SMS about my usage; they deduct 14 g while i was in front of the ER room and 80 G where disappeared in 2 week while in my last six year i never exceeded the 20 G per month , i asked for an explanation how this happened their customer service they not helpful , i can say the flower shop guy helped me in this issue more than zain official customer service

Awful Customer Service and Service Provider
The automated chat replies are just awful and always stuck in a loop. Takes ages for the representative to reply. They deducted my entire credit balance when I charged the line type without any notice or justification and refuse to refund me (pure fraud). Awful Service Provider

يا ريت لو تلغو القصص او تحطو خيار للتحكم فيها لانك اول ما تفتح البرنامج بتلاقي القصص بوجهك

Adding the services does not prompt a confirmation box .. if you click on any option in the app to get more info, the service would be added immediately ant money deducted immediately.. they do that on purpose because they know most people would decline service if offered confirmation option and more information
