Logs you out and then asks to log back n with civil ID number where I can’t find my saved data on the account, then I have to log in with my user name such waste of time. What a shame for a big telecom company to have such bad application

Unfriendly app

It’s so hard to use the payment app and since zein is in fintech then there must be other ways of making a quick payment without entering phone number from scratch.
