Concern about the prize that I didn’t get
Im josap 1460376 and i have a concern about the gift stage challenge day 3 march 28 2021. The thing is I spent 30k diamond, 10k diamonds each march 26, 27 and 28. But how come i only get 1 ferris wheel and 2 butterfly ring? Can you answer my concern please? Thank you so much.
Always getting kicked out if the app
I dont know why for some reason after the recent update I and other fellow IOS users keep getting kicked out of the app for no other reason! Kahit zaky app lang naka open nakikick padin within 30seconds. Magmic man o hindi ikikick sa app over and over again! I was supposed to do podcast now but I cant stay on the app dahil sa issue. Disappointing!

Recent Update Issue
I think it's because of the recent update but the app crashes like every 20-50 seconds. I've tried reinstalling and using other devices so I'm certain that it is the app having the problem.
