Rubbish software
Nothing but poor user experience. Clunky, unintuitive, glitchy and now spamming me payslips every 30min via email.

itâs actually embarrassing that in 2023, the century of technology, people can not mange to make an app that you can login without a problem. the touch id is so bad on this app specifically, never had a problem with it till this one, it fails touch id so often then forces me to change my password cause of the apps failure!! i shouldnât be forced to change my password especially when this app has a million requirements for a password itâs a challenge to think of a new one iâll remember and that mete their stupid requirements please do better itâs like your whole job is making a working app

One of the worst apps Iâve ever used. Amazing that any company would use it for such sensitive information.
Crashes basically everyday for any number of reasons. Feels like Iâm using dial-up internet when itâs processing anything.
Quicker for us to use paper based timesheets. Web version not much better.

Lose the will to live
This app is a waste of time. It is painfully slow wonât let you stay logged in and not user friendly.. do something about it so I can about my life

Log in problems
Constantly never being able to log in. Says I have tried 3 times in 5 hours BS. Doesnât send texts or messages to get verification codes. Very frustrating app. Even in my PC it says I have put in wrong password. Idiots. Itâs saved to my PC so itâs not wrong . Wouldnât recommend at all. Deleting and probably never reinstalling. Only using still on my PC as the company I work for uses Zambion ...otherwise give it a wide berth. Thereâs got to be better out there.

Doesnât work
Unfortunately my employer has switched to Zambion and is encouraging everyone to download the app. However I canât even register. It asks for a username, tells me to select a method to receive an authentication code, when the only option available is to a partially disguised email address and then nothing happens when I select the email address!
Even the app support link takes you to a blank webpage.

Its a good app, but on behalf of some people whoâve experienced this, the app needs to fix the logins. Due to myself missing a day at my current job. When i sign in this app says âOh no! we canât sign you in because youâve got a problem with your internet connection.â I can never know what day/time i start work or see my paycheck, etc. Please fix the logins...

Needed to download this app to view payslips, apply for holidays and to check rosters, Waste of memory on my phone, continually crashes, fails to launch app only the Zambian logo appears, I need to delete app and reinstall every week
Zambion App- the slowest on my Iphone xs
Extremely slow app, doesnt sync well with web version. Takes ages to load timesheets. If you update timesheet to Annual Leave / sick leave- it doesnt get saved / approved - no sync with web version.

Mediocre at best
Very buggy. Every couple of weeks I have to delete it and reinstall as it just stops working
Continual crashes
This app is terrible. Continually crashes. Either random error reports or claiming âloss of network connectionâ despite full 4G service or WiFi (didnât seem to matter which). Donât waste your time downloading despite being FREE itâs not worth the cost. Fix your app.

The current version keep crashing as soon I click on roaster. I have try reinstalling still the same need a fixxxx.
