Horrible, horrible app!!
I received an email letting me know I needed to update records, but the app would not able me to access my account. It said my username was wrong. It was not. Then it said my password was wrong. It was not. But I changed it anyway and it STILL will not allow me access. This is concerning since they hold all my financial records!!

Cannot log in using existing credentials
I log in via the web all the time, but this app tells me my userid or password is wrong. Same problem as others are having. Somewhere a database sync is not occurring, and it makes me suspicious of who developed this. I am changing my password immediately in case this is a hack.

Great idea but it's useless if I can't log in. No matter what, I can't log in. I know my credentials are good because I can log in using the web.

Can’t login only on the app
No matter how many times I reset my password I cannot get into this app. I type the same password I do on the online web version and can get it there but I cannot access it from the app for some reason. This app is completely useless.
Where’s the consumer version?
Apple store doesn’t have a consumer version? How can I get that app?
