App is broken
The app is basically useless as it won’t accept any of my credit cards for payment. It’s not my cards because they work. Also, once in a while Apple shows up as an option but most times it is not available. I think they are losing out on a lot of sales as a result of what seems to be on going for several months already. They do need new developers. Until then I may just have to go elsewhere.

Easy to set up and place my first order
My first step after downloading the app 2nd was place my first order easy set up. Confirm the email add a payment it was that easy. Then head over to the restaurant and pick up my food.

Simple app for the ones who just know what they want, just pick your items place order and pick up in fast time. Thanks Zankou Chicken for another great experience

5 Employees didn’t pay attention with my pickup online order. I have to wait 25mnts for nothing because actually my order was already ready at their pickup counter.

Card failure
The ordering interface is easy to understand, but my biggest gripe is the set up for credit cards. I tried two different cards and would not take them.
No way to contact support
Went to sign up for an account and says that my phone number is being used for an existing account. I recall trying to sign up at the store and there was a glitch. Never had a chance to enter my email. I cannot even do a “forgot password” because it says that there is no account linked to the email. There is no support feature on the app to contact someone. Poor design.

Still can’t do all the order customizations
Bring back ALL the order customizations available by phone or in store. Still have to call every time i want to order because special customizations are not available online or in the App. Super lame

I was having issues with resetting my account. I was unable to log in under my username multiple times, so I continued as a guest.

To my house not even listed as one of the options on the app, or even on the map, making it completely worthless.

Love Zankou. Awesome food
It took a few tries to finally get the app to work but I finally got it to work. It's a little glitchy but ordering is extremely fast easy and convenient... plus you get rewards too... what those are or how it works. I have no idea but hopefully someone from Zankou will see this and respond.
