The developers are scammers and Apple doesn’t do anything against them.
I’m in server 23, i’m in number 3 of the leaderboard in soul duel for that server. I had spent about 20k of the purple souldama for Aizen in the limited time event but did not receive my 100 Aizen shards after the event ended. Every other time i did it like with Full Hollow Ichigo i got my 100 shards. I had spent about $200 to get those souldama and in return i received nothing from the event. I can’t even contact the customer service support for this game because it just leads me to Meta Business app but it’s just a link that shows my own account, there’s no other way to contact.
Do not trust this app or this developer. If anyone else has these problem’s, start a trend to report the developer to Apple and report them for fraudulent schemes. Don’t waste your time downloading this game, buying anything in the game with real money or even bother asking for a refund because Apple will refuse to give you a refund. Take my advice and avoid unnecessary suffering as me and others have.

The game has so many bugs.

Can’t play
I spent money and now I’m stuck on the tutorial. It’s froze on tap to choose daily tab and no matter how many times I click it, it won’t work. There’s no way to contact support and all links for support are broken

This is from a Chinese company who doesn’t have any copyright over Bleach and they’re scammers…
I had an account for Server 26, i used real money to top up and level up (wasted about $50 in total or so. I’ve been playing for around 1-2 months and just today when i logged into my account, it says that there’s only 1 server available and it’s “new”, all the servers that were there before are gone. They wiped them out and deleted all the data, which means the things that u bought are all gone and they ripped us off of our money (those of us who were playing the game already and topped up.
Don’t download this game, it’ll be a waste of your time and money. I’m actually rather glad that this happened so that i never bother downloading a game like this and wasting a lot of my precious time on something like this again.
I did like the concept of the game, it’s nearly identical to Soul Awakening/Bleach Online but this game while i played it had a lot of buggy broken features that the developers refused to fix. I’m not sure why they decided to delete all the data from the servers and get rid of them all but i’m not surprised that this happened because of course, Chinese game developers are always up to something shady. As the American people say, don’t buy foreign.
