The developers are scammers and Apple doesn’t do anything against them.
I’m in server 23, i’m in number 3 of the leaderboard in soul duel for that server. I had spent about 20k of the purple souldama for Aizen in the limited time event but did not receive my 100 Aizen shards after the event ended. Every other time i did it like with Full Hollow Ichigo i got my 100 shards. I had spent about $200 to get those souldama and in return i received nothing from the event. I can’t even contact the customer service support for this game because it just leads me to Meta Business app but it’s just a link that shows my own account, there’s no other way to contact.
Do not trust this app or this developer. If anyone else has these problem’s, start a trend to report the developer to Apple and report them for fraudulent schemes. Don’t waste your time downloading this game, buying anything in the game with real money or even bother asking for a refund because Apple will refuse to give you a refund. Take my advice and avoid unnecessary suffering as me and others have.

The game has so many bugs.

Can’t play
I spent money and now I’m stuck on the tutorial. It’s froze on tap to choose daily tab and no matter how many times I click it, it won’t work. There’s no way to contact support and all links for support are broken

I had an account for Server 26, i used real money to top up and level up (wasted about $50 in total or so. I’ve been playing for around 1-2 months and just today when i logged into my account, it says that there’s only 1 server available and it’s “new”, all the servers that were there before are gone. They wiped them out and deleted all the data, which means the things that u bought are all gone and they ripped us off of our money (those of us who were playing the game already and topped up.
Don’t download this game, it’ll be a waste of your time and money. I’m actually rather glad that this happened so that i never bother downloading a game like this and wasting a lot of my precious time on something like this again.
I did like the concept of the game, it’s nearly identical to Soul Awakening/Bleach Online but this game while i played it had a lot of buggy broken features that the developers refused to fix. I’m not sure why they decided to delete all the data from the servers and get rid of them all but i’m not surprised that this happened because of course, Chinese game developers are always up to something shady. Actually get copyright first before making these kinds of games…
People love this type of game, me especially i find this game rather fun because I’ve previously played another one called Soul Awakening that was similar to this one in style and gameplay. The issue is, the actual developers for Klab are too lazy and incompetent to be able to create a game like this which is why i petition that people actually go to Klab and Tite Kubo, discuss some business on making an official game like this so that people can earn lots of money and enjoy being able to play this game properly while not having to deal with the game constantly being taken out of the app store and all the in game progress and money spent by players doesn’t go to waste. Truly it’s not that hard to go and talk to the owners of Bleach and discuss something like this and ask for copyright permission, all it’ll cost is a percentage of your earnings from the game. Then maybe if you’re competent enough as a developer, you can try to turn this game into what was previously known as Soul Awakening or the one that the Chinese have but better and in English.

Great game and not the first time I have downloaded it and ran into the same problem again. Once you make a purchase or get fat in the game it stops loading. So I just have a black screen now and from reading the reviews everyone has this kind of issue

I love this game and I would give it 5 stars but there’s a few things that need to be fixed. For one pleeeease fix the auto battle it’s terrible. The only character that actually functions perfectly on auto battle is ichigo. The other characters literally just stand in place and spam moves even if the enemy is nowhere near them and Uriyu doesn’t even use his basic attack just moves. My RP could be greater but I could still lose because of this broken auto battle and since most of the PvP uses forced auto battle this is an issue. Also because of the EP running out so quickly I’m usually only playing this for maybe a few minutes because after doing the daily tasks I’m already out of EP.

Progress erased
I progressed to chapter 4. Closed the game and logged back in the next day but it erased all my progression and starts me off at the beginning.

It crashed I deleted was at lvl 35 now I’m at level one even tho my email was recognized. I’m never playing this game ever again I spent money and time and this is what you ppl do?
