Horrible app and rewards

Can’t use rewards unless you order in the app. Lame you should be able to use points ordering in store.

Love zao, hate their app

I love zao but I really wish their app worked better. Redeeming an offer or promo code is confusing and I have yet to successfully do it. There is no where to send feedback in the app so hopefully a poor review will grab your attention. Just 10 minutes on this app I’ve identified many things that need to be changed. There is no option for sauce when ordering a kids bowl. The kids eat free code for Monday does not work. Not user friendly. I guess I’ll continue to go order in person but I wish I could have the convenience of the app.

Terrible app

I am so annoyed with the app. There should be a way to get points ordering in person. Half the time I try ordering on the app I end up with the wrong thing- the drop down items to select are annoying and idk if I am just selecting the wrong item or just receiving the wrong food. Not sure it’s worth the potential of an occasional free meal if I’m getting the wrong food half the time.

Can’t add order history

App should be updated to give the option to add your receipt to get points if you order in store. Kinda frustrating that you can only get points from ordering on the app

Cashier confirmed points are only rewarded for online purchases
