Horrible app and rewards
Can’t use rewards unless you order in the app. Lame you should be able to use points ordering in store.
Love zao, hate their app
I love zao but I really wish their app worked better. Redeeming an offer or promo code is confusing and I have yet to successfully do it. There is no where to send feedback in the app so hopefully a poor review will grab your attention. Just 10 minutes on this app I’ve identified many things that need to be changed. There is no option for sauce when ordering a kids bowl. The kids eat free code for Monday does not work. Not user friendly. I guess I’ll continue to go order in person but I wish I could have the convenience of the app.

Terrible app
I am so annoyed with the app. There should be a way to get points ordering in person. Half the time I try ordering on the app I end up with the wrong thing- the drop down items to select are annoying and idk if I am just selecting the wrong item or just receiving the wrong food. Not sure it’s worth the potential of an occasional free meal if I’m getting the wrong food half the time.

Can’t add order history
App should be updated to give the option to add your receipt to get points if you order in store. Kinda frustrating that you can only get points from ordering on the app
No rewards on in-store purchases
Cashier confirmed points are only rewarded for online purchases
Incentivio is garbage
Why are you using such garbage software. I couldn’t even get a refund on a cancelled order in the store….. still trying to figure out how to get a refund.
Basic but works for the purpose
Get points in stores, just ask the cashier. Order and redeem in app. It works.

This app would like amazing back in 2012.

No way to redeem points from receipt
I downloaded the app expecting to be able to enter a code from my receipt to get some point but there was no such thing available. I don’t really care for ordering in the app & prefer in person, so I’d hope this changes to accommodate to everyone eating at their restaurants.
Stolen rewards points
App runs just fine but I had 150 points deducted from my rewards without redeeming them! It just says manually adjusted -30 3 different times and then -60 another! That’s 150 points total! Very lame and scummy thing to do
What’s the point
The app adds up your points, but there is nothing to redeem the points on. What the use for this app? Just to see how many times I eat here?
Add receipt scan!
App works as expected except for a major missing item, scanning receipts for rewards. Add it already!!
Now What?
I downloaded the app, but could not find a way to enter today’s receipt. I applaud them for trying to create a rewards app, but it’s unfortunate that I will gain no rewards from anytime I visit the restaurant in person. Even just entering a number ma tally from a receipt would be better than nothing.

Rewards not good for in store purchases
What a useless rewards app! There’s no way to earn points on your account if you order at the restaurant. It would be so easy to add a scannable barcode on your app so that in-person purchases could count toward your rewards!

I downloaded this app to order my favorite food and saw if you ordered on the app you’d get a freebie. However I never received it!!

I love how simple and effective the app is. I love earning rewards and placing my order on the app. It’s also super easy to navigate.
