Automatic Logout
It always logs me out and it’s inconvenient. My points were not even acknowledged even though it’s been cleared for more than a month now.
Bad app design, cannot verify my email
It is hard to click submit/cancel button. Cannot verify my email even though I followed the instruction indicated-- clicking the link just redirects me to its website. No verification at all.

Can't receive any codes even I have good signal.
Fix the app
Cant even recieve messages or calls on my phone number from the app and when I want to login it always takes me to the registration page.
Submit button doesn’t work
Whoever created this app, please edit the location of the Submit and Cancel buttons. They are way up where the time and battery are located and doesn’t work. I can’t even get past the login screen.

The interface of your app is not designed for ios. can barely click the submit button or cancel button, as those are right under the clock and battery.

WORST APP EVER
I just DL this app to check for my Koomi Points, I ordered Koomi a lot of times but there is no points added at all in my account aside from the first point i had the first time i got the card.
Hard to use
Never retains my login details so I have to keep inputting it every time I open the app. Also don’t understand how it works because even though I keep purchasing and give my card to the establishment, I don’t accumulate points.
Not for iOS, bad app
This app makes me sign up every time I open the app. Plus, even when i do so, there are buttons/CTA at the notch that are hard to click. I started not caring about the points. Will delete app.
Doesn't work on iPhones with notch
The submit/back buttons are on the upper right/left beside the notch and I can't press it. It's either you update the app or I'll wait for iPhone 20 which by then, won't have a notch.
