Bug Fixes

User reviews

Worst App Ever

There are no customer service features and the robot app just keeps feeding you dead leads.

Lots of bugs

The app could be good. But there are lots of bugs that end up freezing the whole app and I have to restart it. But I have yet to be able to do anything productive with it because it freezes so often.
Also it has an option to sign in with Face ID on Apple devices. But it makes you out in a password before the Face ID turns on. Also please change the background color of notes. Black is hard to see on a dark gray background. Please also let us have bullet points on out notes. Or at least paragraphs. I don’t typically write in full sentences when jotting down notes.

Cannot stand ZAP

Have continued to receive daily notification for a year related to a client that did not chose to continue a search. There seems to be no way to end these daily messages that have become harassment.

Horrible

Some how the app is more glitchy

Horrific!

Have used Zap for over a year now. It is a train wreck that barely functions, crashes, is missing key features and has to be one of Realogy’s biggest embarrassments. You’d be better off using scrap paper as a CRM.
