This app severely sucks
I do like zap surveys but I don’t like it when they do nothing about the issues that go on with this app, several months back this app is doing exactly what it did bfor & I complained & complained & nothing so eventually I guess they did something because it started working right again & now it’s not & I have complained so many times & again still nothing & I am not the only one that is affected others are also & zap surveys does nothing. I am continuing with my review, I had to delete my old account & start a new one because zap surveys never fixed the issue that was wrong with the app & now that I have another account I don’t have those issues

I took a survey for half hour I ended it at the finish and the. It said do you want want to continue when i said yes nothing happened I tried several times I never tried again I got out of app

Once you earn enough to cash out, it asks for identity verification but there is no way to move beyond taking a photo of your ID. Most Zaps disappear as soon as you open the app and credit expire if you don’t cash out soon enough. Not a very user friendly app.
