Incredibly poor app experience
Worked the first time; any time I tried to access the app afterward it crashed and deleted my account data. Can’t even keep it open for more than 5 seconds before it decides opening the map or account features is too much and closes itself
App sucks
I see why it’s rated 2 stars! I really need a parking spot and of course the App or website doesn’t work!
This app shouldn’t be allowed
I use this when I visit my boyfriend at his apartment complex. It randomly will cancel your reservation when you’re already parked in the middle of the night and you have to go find a different one. I was trying to use it this morning and it keeps crashing and won’t show the property so I can reserve a spot. How do you report these apps?

Disappointing Business Practices
Zark may consider itself the middleman, but it still chooses to support and facilitate a parking system that charges residents $25 per day to park at the building they live in while they’re on a waitlist. The partnerships a company chooses to support reflect its values, and I cannot support a platform that enables this.

Worst app ever
MY APT Nineteen01 USES THIS APP AND IT SUCKS LIKE CRAZY YOU CANT PICK A TIME SLOT SO IF PPL COME OVER FOR TWO HOURS AND LEAVE THAT SLOT IS gone TIL 12pm next day I think that’s so fn dumb! YALL NEED TO DO BETTER!!!

I just tried Zark for the first time and it was so easy to reserve my parking spot and is a reasonable price!
Ripoff with fake reviews
I’m from California where a parking spot is worth its space in gold. I visited a friend in AZ and had to use this app, never before have I been charged to park at an apartment. Coincidentally every good review for this app just happens to mention “circling the parking lot”
Made parking so easy!
Super helpful app and easy to use! I was able to find a parking spot quickly and avoided wasting time circling the lot.

Constantly Crashing
App is basically impossible to use as it crashes & closes out anytime you try to use it. I’ve had multiple people download it so I know it’s not just a problem with my phone. Extremely frustrating considering the app not working can cause someone’s car to be towed. Needs to be fixed ASAP
Will suddenly end your reoccurring reservation
Good luck if you’re out of town. The company will suddenly end your preset renewal and threaten to tow your car.

What is even the point of “free parking” in a complex if you can’t park in any spot. Spots sit empty because no one is paying for it, if we wanted to pay for parking we have the option for paid parking under a carport for less than what this dumb app costs. Any good review on this app is from either employees from the app, or friends/family and they just repeat the same thing. If you want true reviews look at all the most recent which are all 1 star.
I really hope apartments realize what a bad decision it is to use this app and if they value their residents options they would discontinue the use of this app and terrible idea!!! Welcome to the world of subscription…

Pointless. Waste of money.
My apartment complex uses this stupid app and it’s $15 A DAY for a parking space. The thing is, people catch on to which spots are vacant and decide to park without paying. I’ve had my spot stolen FOUR times so far and the only thing this stupid app can do is give you a new spot or not give you a new spot and just give you your money back which isn’t really an option when it’s eleven pm and you just got off work. There’s no consequence for those who steal spots. Awful.

WHAT A SILLY APP, SERVICE, & THE WHOLE ZARK SYSTEM.
Since they add this on my Apartment complex, i been so frustrated with the Office Management and also Zark, when there’s a problem related to any reservation or anything because with this people anything is possible, you contact your Landlord and they tell you to reach Zark, to solve thr problem then you try to reach Zark and they send you with your landlord and this game goes like that forever, is so damn frustrating i wish with my soul be able to shutdown this whole silly joke i give the app 1 star because didn’t let me put 0 Yes CERO.

Parking maps are too small
I’ve message support numerous times. I can’t see the zones on the map because they are so small.
App is underdeveloped
App crashes constantly, will not take login info and when it does it shows as if it hadn’t saved any information perviously entered like property and vehicle information
