Zark Parking has been super great for me!
Zark has been super helpful. I’m able to rent a space for my friends and family that come over but I also was able to add a storage on a monthly basis to my lease super easily recently. Thanks Zark!
Invalid Parking Spot
I was assigned #103 today as a guest by Zark at this apartment complex in Brentwood LA. I didn’t even get a code. Later, one tenant found me at the lot and told me that was her monthly spot, which I ended up taking for 8 hours.
Useless
This app is possibly the worst. Reserved a spot, they take the money and don’t even give you a spot. It’s a huge scam, and the customer service people are rude when you FINALLY get an email back.
I’ve also had the same problem as others about getting the spot taken from me at like 2:00am. Telling me my car may get towed if I don’t move it immediately. Middle of the night, and it’s probably to scam residents and get their cars towed.
The apartment complex can’t do anything about it cause it’s a 3rd party, and the customer service is trash so good luck with that. I can see why they have the low rating.

Pretty Bad
This app constantly crashes whenever I try to update my payment so I won’t lose my reserved spot. Why provide buttons if those buttons won’t work or lead to anything?
This is a complete scam!
Its outrageous we have to pay for guest parkings, this is just a money grab! Imagine having a small birthday party, then paying 12 per vehicle!? This program should not exist.
Incredibly poor app experience
Worked the first time; any time I tried to access the app afterward it crashed and deleted my account data. Can’t even keep it open for more than 5 seconds before it decides opening the map or account features is too much and closes itself

I see why it’s rated 2 stars! I really need a parking spot and of course the App or website doesn’t work!
This app shouldn’t be allowed
I use this when I visit my boyfriend at his apartment complex. It randomly will cancel your reservation when you’re already parked in the middle of the night and you have to go find a different one. I was trying to use it this morning and it keeps crashing and won’t show the property so I can reserve a spot. How do you report these apps?

Disappointing Business Practices
Zark may consider itself the middleman, but it still chooses to support and facilitate a parking system that charges residents $25 per day to park at the building they live in while they’re on a waitlist. The partnerships a company chooses to support reflect its values, and I cannot support a platform that enables this.

Worst app ever
MY APT Nineteen01 USES THIS APP AND IT SUCKS LIKE CRAZY YOU CANT PICK A TIME SLOT SO IF PPL COME OVER FOR TWO HOURS AND LEAVE THAT SLOT IS gone TIL 12pm next day I think that’s so fn dumb! YALL NEED TO DO BETTER!!!

I just tried Zark for the first time and it was so easy to reserve my parking spot and is a reasonable price!
Ripoff with fake reviews
I’m from California where a parking spot is worth its space in gold. I visited a friend in AZ and had to use this app, never before have I been charged to park at an apartment. Coincidentally every good review for this app just happens to mention “circling the parking lot”

Super helpful app and easy to use! I was able to find a parking spot quickly and avoided wasting time circling the lot.

Constantly Crashing
App is basically impossible to use as it crashes & closes out anytime you try to use it. I’ve had multiple people download it so I know it’s not just a problem with my phone. Extremely frustrating considering the app not working can cause someone’s car to be towed. Needs to be fixed ASAP
Will suddenly end your reoccurring reservation
Good luck if you’re out of town. The company will suddenly end your preset renewal and threaten to tow your car.

What is even the point of “free parking” in a complex if you can’t park in any spot. Spots sit empty because no one is paying for it, if we wanted to pay for parking we have the option for paid parking under a carport for less than what this dumb app costs. Any good review on this app is from either employees from the app, or friends/family and they just repeat the same thing. If you want true reviews look at all the most recent which are all 1 star.
I really hope apartments realize what a bad decision it is to use this app and if they value their residents options they would discontinue the use of this app and terrible idea!!! Welcome to the world of subscription…
