Not working since 10/2024
I’ve been trying for a year to fix the problems. Even went to the dealership they can’t figure it out. Called the company itself and they tell me go back to the dealership to fix it. It’s been a back and forth between the two companies for a year. I will not renew unless there’s a better solution for this app

Garbage
Takes forever to notify you after your car has moved (if it even does). Constantly notifies us that we are going 20+ miles over the speed that we are going. Very frustrating that nothing about this product seems to work properly. The purpose of this device is to locate my vehicle if god forbid it ever gets stolen.. kind of hard to do that if it can’t tell me where my car is! This is in my brand new car that I’ve only had for a few months and it has done this from the get-go. Will not be renewing my subscription. It’s sad that reviews over three years ago speak of the same exact issues, but the company has apparently done nothing to correct them.

This does not work
The concept is great. The execution of that concept is trash. According to the app, my car has been on the side of the road for a month. I refresh, log out, delete and reload app, etc… and nothing. Emailed the customer service people, they asked for vehicle details.. then nothing. I Will not be renewing, want my $ back, and highly discourage anyone from getting this service until ZAZ gets their software together. Very disappointed that I wasted my $

Hard pass.
My car came with a free year of ZAZ gps. It worked great at the beginning. So I decided to continue with my subscription. I’ve had my car for almost 3 years now and it all of the sudden stopped tracking my car back in March (got stuck in a location). It’s now June and I have been going back and forth with someone from customer service. I’ve constantly have had to email asking for an update. Last I was told was that my system had been “restarted” and should be working fine again. Worked for about 3 weeks and now we’re back to it not tracking. I definitely don’t plan of renewing my subscription in august. Don’t waste your time or money on this.

Gone out business?
I renewed my service in 7/2020 it has yet to track my vehicle like it once did when I purchased my car. The even removed from their website for u to renew ur subscription because maybe they are going out of business? Someone let me know. I want my money back!

App doesn’t even update current location.
Scam
Ok I have paid all this money for this gps that not working, it tells me that I have just left home when I’m at work. And keeps telling me that when my car hasn’t move from my parking space. So far I’m not happy with this app. Can’t change the settings or make refinements ,to me right now is a scam between the developers of this app and the car dealership Who can I call with a problem? No one, send us a email and we will get back to you, I can see were my car is located and that is it, I can leave my iPhone in my car to do what I have paid over $600.00 to do. Nothing but a scam don’t buy this.

Do not buy!
This was installed by my dealer prior to vehicle purchase. I work in vehicle monitoring and this is the worst unit I have ever seen. Useless! Tracking is lagging, location is off and the history is all but useless. The device and service are both garbage!
Love this app!
Bought this with my car, and I know how fast may kids are driving, where they are, and get notified if someone is stealing my car!!
Efficient
Fairly clean and simple app. Have the ZAZ in two of my cars. Good peace of mind.
