Don’t waste your time & money!
Customer service has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They are unhelpful, and unable to resolve even simple issues. On top of that, the toll charges don't always seem accurate, and trying to get an explanation is a frustrating process.
I downloaded this app thinking it would make traveling easier, but it has done the exact opposite. Between delayed toll postings, questionable charges, and terrible customer service, it has been nothing but a headache. Save yourself the frustration and skip this app. Get your state's official toll tag instead—it's far more reliable and will save you time, money, and stress.

Nothing to get started. So far I can’t seem to find a way to deactivate and get a refund. Lesson learned. Bleed off the balance before you let go of your vehicle and cancel auto refill ahead of time

I need to update my payment information. I don’t have the reload card. I called the phone number and they can’t take my payment information. So what do I do now? Nobody to talk to. What a waste of time. So inconvenient.
