No issues here

I setup the account, logged back in a few days later when I picked up my rental car and made sure to put in the dates. It initially takes $10 to fund the account, then I just went back in every couple of days to pay what had come through. Once the last day of what I knew my toll usage was, no other charges appeared, no bills from rental car. I’m one happy user. Thanks for this option!

Seems to work fine

Using it on a rental. Tolls appeared in the app the next day. So far so good. Signing up on the phone is a bit of a hassle but it worked. I put my personal car in during setup and then changed it to the rental when I picked it up. Way cheaper than paying the convenience fees by the rental car company.

Well, it worked great except I got charged on the I635 express road by the rental car company. That toll did not bill to the app so I got hit with a $10 convenience fee. 3 stars now.

EZ TAG Express works in all electronic tolling lanes in Texas while the license plate for the vehicle is active on your properly funded account. Each tolling authority in Texas may process tolls differently, which may result in your rental provider being charged rather than your account. If you have a discrepancy, please contact us at 281-875-3279.
