please fix this still terrible app
I could write a very long review about all the things in this app that do not work well or do not work at all, but I’ll just say this: this app has always been bad. each update I hope that it’s been fixed, but then I download the update and it’s gotten worse. They should hire a new company to manage their website and app. a world class aquarium with this bootleg ratchet joke of an app doesn’t make sense. developers, if you read these, what is going on over there? its always the same junior developer mistakes. do better or maybe ask AI why your performance is so poor and your app so buggy and slow. like really, please ask Claude. yall are bozoing really basic stuff.

My teens loved the aquarium. The puffins were amazing!!!! Belugas, great! Whale shark, phenomenal! I don’t think there is a thing we didn’t like. So great we got memberships. We love going down.
Checkout nightmare
Took over 30 minutes to pay for my tickets. It REFUSED to accept debit cards and only took a credit card after a half dozen failed attempts. I would rather pull teeth than buy tickets through your app or website again
