Simple as it should be
Finally a simple app that doesn’t require you to register and answer 50 questions just to buy a single ticket in a city you travel to. Bonus: it also supports ApplePay :)
No information before paying for the ticket
No prior information about the validity of the ticket before paying. I bought two tickets at home to have them prepared for later an they were already ticking
impossible to buy a ticket
It's impossible to buy a ticket! But it's possible to deposit money into an account!
Aplikacja nie działa po aktualizacji
Po ostatniej aktualizacji aplikacja przestała działać. Podczas logowania numerem telefonu pojawia się komunikat: „Failed to send the authorization code”. Nie mogę również korzystać z wcześniej zakupionych biletów.

Cool app but a bit tricky when using for the first time
Don’t activate your ticket until you actually find the QR code inside of the train/bus. I activated the ticket and walked through the train to find the QR code and my ticket was deactivated for 120 seconds. I’m sure there is a reason for that but to me it was a bit silly.
Awful update
Everything became worse. Interface not comfy and not intuitive. Now it is not possible to buy more tickets in advance and activate WHEN NEEDED. I’m not gonna use it anymore 👍🏻
Useful app with one feature which ruins it
The app works properly but it has one completely useless feature which ruins it: you have approx 20 sec to activate your ticket after purchase. If you are late, it is locked for 3min! What is the point!? It makes using it unnecessary stressful and creates risk of not being able to validate ticket. Horrible user experience

Wcześniej kupiłam bilet 90-dniowy WBŁZ - skończyła mi się i kiedy chciałam kupić taki sam nie ma go w ofercie ani w aplikacji ani na stronie. Proszę to naprawić bo ten bilet umożliwia mi codzienne dotarcie do szkoły.

Занадто мало часу на оформлення оплати. За 30 секунд то зробити майже неможливо. Збільшіть час на проведення транзакції.

Kupuwałam 06.10.2025r bilet miesięczny, i on nie wyświetla się w aplikacji ( potwierdzenie płatności jest). Napisałam do pomocy, ale nic do odpowiedzi. Kupiłam dzisiaj 16.10.2025r jeszcze raz, ten sam bilet miesięczny. On tak samo się nie wyświetla.
