Deteriorating rapidly!
Worked beautifully for about three months. Now became useless as cannot access the system via internet unless in wifi cover! No fix in sight. Spent thousands installing home security system based on this app! Come on Ness. Charge us a fee but fix this!
iPHxs/Telstra sim issue
Combination of iPHxs & Telstra sim prevents the apps access to the internet on cellular services.
Other combinations worked,
e.g. iPH6+ same Telstra sim, &,
iPHxs + Vodafone sim.
Apple support advised it is a Telstra issue. Telstra fitted a new sim with no change.
I await further follow-up from Telstra, and kindly request NESS raise this with the app designer.
In summary:
Works as advertised on Wi-Fi.
Cellular connection functionality:
- Notifications deliver.
- The app cannot:
1. access Internet,
2. function,
3. turn alarm on/off.
# defeating the purpose of the install.
After considerable effort on my part I am hoping this issue can be identified/rectified ASAP, as I like the concept.

App feedback
This app is great and has been working without any issues for the past two years. Only problem with it is the lack of apple integration and Apple Watch app. It would be great to open my garage and disable the alarm through my Apple Watch rather than having to do it through my phone. I can see that it works with Amazon Alexa and Google, can you please make it compatible with Apple Home.
