“Enter Valid SIM”

Recurring error when trying to set up a panel that uses a SIM from another mobile provider. We know the panel and SIM work because we can sms the panel successfully using direct commands. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Also, my installer can access using SIM. So it appears that the app has a bug which is unresolved.
