The fighting makes no sense/dosen’t work
Maybe it’s just me but I’ve played this game multiple times over the years and the fighting sequence makes no sense. I’ve played other games of there before and they are a lot easier to do.
Mediocre at best
This game had a good concept: remake the original ZDay. The execution and planning, though, I can’t really vouch for. First off, the original ZDay had a way better “Tank” mode; complete with an M60 as the primary weapon. This game’s “Tank” mode is a complete butchery. It only gives an AA-12 as the best weapon. Second off, content locked behind a paywall; need I say more?

Not the same man
I used to absolutely adore this game, I still have the old version on my iPod and play it occasionally, the original game 6+ years ago was amazing. Even after I found every ending and aspect, I kept playing. The writing was impeccable and the mechanics and combat for what it was, was amazing. Now not only I can no longer play the original on my new phone, I have to pay for each new release rather than one purchase. As much as I loved the old game, I can’t justify not even being able to access any story without paying.
