Unusable for incoming calls
The main platform is mostly fine but unless you have the app already open there's almost no chance of a call connecting. Even with the app open the chances are limited. It's slightly better making outbound calls but they often fail to connect too. It's easier to wait for missed call emails and then try to call the person... From your mobile number

Zoho CRM Sync
Why does this app not easily sync with Zoho CRM. Makes no sense.

It’s nice if you have Zoho CRM as you know who is calling in. But it is incredibly inconsistent in its ability to answer calls. Calls are dropped all the time or don’t connect. The service team wants to fix it. But the issues still come up, impacting our customer service capabilities.
Not functioning
Tried to open app, asked to verify email, went to check email. Then back to app and app screen is blank and not loading anything.
Notification bug with version 1.6.0
I have noticed that notifications do not pop up on iOS or on windows 11. This seems to have stopped a few days ago. This maybe to do with the new version 1.6.0
Needs a lot of work
Pretty buggy and outdated. If someone from your team answers a call, it wouldn’t tell you. SMS are badly implemented. Never tells if you someone left a voicemail, voicemail server error shows up when trying to listen to voicemail.
Issue
If a call comes in, often it will say “reconnecting” at the top and after answering the call, it will either end right away or sometimes the call will get connected, but no audio can be heard. Then I’ll have to close the app and reopen it to be able to call again. I have to do this almost every time a call comes in and I pick up through the phone. I'm running on the latest Z dialer app version 1.5.17 and iOS version 18.0. No issues with the desktop app however.

Useless as it doesn’t even open
The app takes 20mins to open and it is very slow to use.
Contact List Handling is poor
So it’s currently a 1.0 release and technically call quality etc absolutely fine.
It gets a 2 star rating because the iOS app is not integrated to CRM so I can’t entered a contact name and have it find the number in CRM.
If you were using the web extension and you dial somebody from the CRM that’s great it works well but if you then want to make that contact available on the iOS app you have to save that person as a contact into Zoho voice and that contact then becomes openly available to everybody on the Zoho voice systemI got global access. There’s no option to have your own contact list as there is in RingCentral for example.
