You should model your bank off of DFCU and strive for that level. Please remove this pop up to take a survey every time I log into the mobile zeal app.
3 days to process transactions
Everyone else banking apps are instant everything … this takes 3 and 4 days to reflect any transactions… maybe best 48 hours if it’s a non-holiday Monday morning… If this isn’t updated I’m switching banks

Every time I need Zeal for finances is always an excellent experience.. They have saved me several times from debt is unreal!!! I’m happy I found Zeal 20 yrs ago 🤗

Most financial institutions that do mobile deposits (checks) and by the next day it clears. Not the case with zeal. Just saying. Thx

I cannot express how I used friendly the Zeal app is, this is extremely important to me because I’m constantly checking on my accounts.
A great app, but needs a dark icon!
This app has been fantastic, one of the best banking apps out there. However, I’m BEGGING for a dark mode icon, as I primarily use my phone in dark mode and your icon sticks out like a sore thumb. You and Caribou coffee, for some reason 🤨

All the ladies at the Detroit branch on Woodward are wonderful . I’ve never had a complaint at Zeal and love the customer service.
iPhone widget functionality broken with last update
I loved the iPhone widget that they used to offer with this app. However, with the latest update (March 2025) the iPhone widget functionality is broken. Formerly, when I scrolled to my widget screen, the app would automatically update right when I scrolled to it. Now, it doesn’t do this. It lists a “last updated” time that I noticed could be over an hour old at times and shows outdated information on the widget. I have to click on the widget, open FaceTime, load the account, then I see my updated balance, which shows different information then the widget shows. It really defeats the purpose of the widget. Developers, please fix.

Review on the zeal credit banking app is a specialized app tool generated at your connivence of the banking field for your personal access and it’s easy and free to use mostly for your checking and nothings with your money and funds and I love the app as it is the best I’ve been with since I was hip to everything from a family member I haven’t stopped using this since!

Amazing Banking Institution
I’ve been with Zeal since I was a child (mother opened up my account) and just the overall treatment of the customers and how easy the services are through them, I would suggest them to anyone. Well I already have lol. But I am glad to be apart of the Zeal community
