Please fix/improve this app

I downloaded this a few times , each time hoping to see some programs. But the contents never loaded. when I open the app after downloading, there is this red loading symbol going on and on but nothing comes up. If we go away and return to the app the red loading symbol is gone and all you see is a blank grey screen. I can not believe Zee network’s app is this pathetic. Really sad :((
